SEVEN CONNECTED CAPABILITIES

CONNECTED GLOBALLY, PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
The workspace connects everyone through shared chat and video. Each board creates a private project space for around ten direct members.
Connect every team member with workspace-level chat and video calls, then organize projects across multiple boards.
Each board has its own tasks, chat, video calls, and files. Only people added directly to the board can see its content. No workspace role, including HR or other higher-authority roles, provides an override.
WHIM CANVAS AI & ANALYZER
Ask the Whim Canvas AI assistant to research a topic, create cards, or schedule a meeting in plain language.
The analyzer translates board activity into clear, plain-language insights, giving small teams useful reporting without requiring a dedicated data analyst.

Straight answers about the product, public beta, team structure, and board privacy.
Whim Canvas is an all-in-one workspace management tool that brings Kanban boards, calendar planning, team chat, video calls, file storage, AI assistance, and board insights into one focused workspace.
Whim Canvas is built first for startups, then freelance teams and student groups that want to manage work and collaborate without stitching together several separate apps.
Yes. Whim Canvas is free during its public beta while the team gathers user feedback. Three paid tiers are planned, but their pricing and limits have not been finalized.
A global workspace connects the full team and can contain multiple project boards. The workspace provides shared chat and video calls, while each board has its own tasks, chat, video calls, and files for a focused group of around ten members.
Only people added directly to a board can see that board’s conversations and files. Workspace membership or a higher-authority role does not override board membership, so project content stays private by default.
Whim Canvas focuses on the connected essentials small teams use every day. Tasks, schedules, conversations, calls, files, AI help, and activity insights live together, reducing app switching without adding enterprise complexity.
Whim Canvas includes Kanban boards, an integrated calendar, workspace-level and board-level chat, native video calling, file and document storage, the Whim Canvas AI assistant for research, cards, and meeting scheduling, and an analyzer that explains board activity in plain language.
Your people, projects, and next big idea. Together in Whim Canvas.
